AAPKA Vakeel provides a platform connecting users with legal professionals and automated legal-tech services including challan checks, document drafting, business compliance, property services, and lawyer consultations across India.

2. User Responsibilities

✓You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways. Service fees are held in escrow until work milestones are met by assigned legal professionals.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on the stage of work completed by the assigned lawyer.

4. Limitation of Liability

AAPKA Vakeel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any advice provided by Lawyers on the platform.
