Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and work already completed by assigned legal experts. Please review the sections below before requesting a refund.
Eligible Refunds
If a service has not commenced or cannot be delivered due to a platform error, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion within 7 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed document drafting and delivered legal work.
- Government filing fees and statutory charges.
- Successfully completed lawyer consultations.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 24–48 hours
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days
Cancellation Process
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to 'My Orders'.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on 'Request Cancellation' and provide a reason.
- Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.
